Job Description Summary
The Military Field Service role supports the Air National Guard on the F110-GE-100/129 propulsion platforms with Operational and Intermediate (O/I) maintenance. Supports Operations at Morris ANG, Tucson, Arizona, Buckley SFAB, Colorado and rove support of additional ANG bases. Daily management of safety, quality, delivery and cost of resouces required to perform services and maintenance activities on customers' site/property. These activities contribute to, maintainance, repair and refurbishment of sold or existing products. Functions with some autonomy but guided by established policies or review of end results.

Role Overview: As a Lead Services Specialist 1 - Customer Service Management, you will act as the single point of contact for customers, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns. This position is full-time and based on-site, with primary locations in specificlocation. You will manage customer relationships, provide technical and business support, and lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements.
Additional Duties:
Act as the single point of contact for customers in assigned regions, product lines, or coverage areas.
Establish and maintain contact to provide ongoing technical and business support.
Utilize in-depth knowledge of technical disciplines and analytical thinking to execute policy/strategy.
Represent the most direct access to internal functions to support the customer.
Manage staffing and performance development for direct reports.
Use judgment to propose solutions for complicated manufacturing processes.
Act as a resource for colleagues with less experience.
Lead small projects and convey performance expectations.
Handle sensitive issues and bring team members to consensus.

Required Qualifications:
- For roles in the USA: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience with F110 engine technical support).

Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
