FirstService Residential Banking Coordinator in Plantation, Florida
Job Overview:
Perform duties to process a wide range of Treasury transactions for both Banking and Cash Management and provide administrative support, working within the limits of standard or accepted practice.
Responsibilities:
Handle all incoming checks for deposit; process, track and log checks sent to banks via remote deposit and mailing.
Generate signature packages and submit to Management for signature and approval. Assist management in the preparation of presentations as necessary.
Assist with department wide announcements.
Assist with tracking and maintaining account activities relating to terminations.
Assist with user administration of all online banking sights.
Facilitate all research items that arrive from the field, operations and/or partner banks related to Banking and Cash Management. Address research items assigned in the system or identify and forward research item to appropriate party.
Participate in the documentation of Standard Operating Procedures and maintain electronic library.
Maintain safeguard records regarding Treasury per the guidelines provided.
Coordinate year-end activities such as filing, boxing, and organizing budget season.
Provide administrative support to Management; assist with calls/voicemails, reroute calls to appropriate area, and arrange call backs.
May perform data entry and other Treasury duties as necessary.
Skills & Qualifications:
Associate’s Degree in Accounting/Business or related field from an accredited college or university, and two to three years of functional experience in Finance, Banking or Cash Management; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Excellent customer service skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Detail oriented and strong organizational and multi-tasking skills.
Must have solid proficiency in Windows and Microsoft Office, including but not limited to Word, Excel and Outlook. Proficiency researching the Internet.
Ability to work with sensitive or confidential information.
Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure
