The Siemens Digital Industries Software is looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team, as Technology & Automation System Specialist reporting to Sr. Manager, Business Operations and Technology Partnerships.

We are looking for self-driven individual who is technically sound and very proficient in software application development and capable to identify disconnected and manual processes in the system and use right technology for automations to remove inefficiency. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with wider technology, in a world leading software company and make a significant impact to the efficiency of the strategy organization to drive decision-making for multiple strategic initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

Developing, Maintaining and supporting internal Solutions and applications:

Develop and deliver new internal solutions or functionalities based on the requirements provided by the stakeholders from strategy team.

Identify areas for improvement, automations in our support processes and systems, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and internal customer satisfaction.

Serve as the primary point of contact for escalated issues, resolving technical issues, proposing new functionalities in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.

Gather and analyze internal feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement, advocating for solution needs within the organization.

Training and Development for the application adoption:

Develop and implement training programs for multiple teams to ensure they have the knowledge and skills needed to adopt and use the developed solutions.

Build Innovative approach to internal applications:

Drive innovation within the organization, exploring new technologies and methodologies to improve support delivery and team satisfaction.

Drive application of data and AI capabilities to help shape next generation of automations and operational efficiencies.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in technical area and SaaS delivery, incorporating new knowledge into support processes and strategies.

Liaison with other Internal Technical teams:

Work with internal IT team, Lead and mentor a team of technical professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure the highest level of satisfaction.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

Collaborate closely with other departments, including product development, sales, and marketing, to ensure alignment and drive customer success.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.

5 years of experience in software development, cloud application development, customer service, implementation of enterprise software like SAP, Salesforce.

Experience in development environment with Java, python, low-code application (like Mendix), API based integrations.

Understanding of data model and AI applications.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and internal teams.

Motivated self-starter “Intrapreneur” with a willingness to take initiative and drive results.

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to quickly diagnose and resolve technical issues.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

Experience working in a SaaS environment is preferred.
