We are currently seeking a Senior Medical Equipment Planner - this position is eligible for remote work. The Senior Medical Equipment Planner will lead design efforts as a project manager or lead medical equipment planner for highly complex projects, and lead design efforts with limited support required from senior staff. They will work closely with the project team to provide project direction, medical equipment planning solutions and advice to clients to ensure positive outcomes. Primary responsibilities will include project management, medical equipment analysis, design, and implementation oversight. Additional responsibilities will include managing projects within the project fee and owner medical equipment budget, assisting in training and mentoring efforts, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet project goals and client expectations. Some key duties and responsibilities include: * Coordinate, oversee and manage projects ranging in size and complexity * Interface with users to assess equipment needs and location of equipment on drawings which would include phone communication, e-mail, virtual or in-person meetings * Assist Project Executives and Client Executives with design scopes of work and fee calculations for proposal generation as well as with contract reviews * Attend industry conferences with the intent of developing relationships, obtaining leads for potential future projects, attending educational sessions, and providing a presentation to the Medical Equipment Planning team on topics learned during the educational sessions * Serve as the point of contact for teams and clients; Build, maintain, and develop client relationships * Create monthly billings and submit financial information to Accounting in a timely manner; Update billing projections and estimated completion percentage for all projects monthly * Ensure design follows owner standards and requirements, and IMEG standards * Ensure design milestone deliverables are achieved, IMEG and client quality control processes are completed, and construction technical support occurs in a timely manner * Collaborate with design staff and coordinate scheduling of projects during all phases of design and construction; Schedule and lead progress meetings and provide meeting documentation; Create project schedules including targets for milestones and deadlines * Conduct a solo equipment assessment or inventory of existing medical equipment and assess for potential reuse; Document equipment in a format that can be added to the Medical Equipment (MEQ) database as needed and potentially handed off to others * Arrange for site visits or product demos as needed for equipment evaluations * Develop a preliminary cost estimate for medical equ
