We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and experienced Sales Operations Manager to join our Nespresso B2B Sales team , located at our Head Office in Rhodes . Reporting to the B2B Commercial Manager, you will be responsible for driving B2B sales and service excellence to support B2B business growth.

We are looking for a passionate Sales Operations Manager who will...

  • Optimise local end-to-end B2B business processes, ensuring cross-functional alignment.

  • Drive continuous improvement of B2B sales, service, processes, tools, and capabilities.

  • Implement processes, tools, and projects effectively, monitoring their impact on customer experience.

  • Support B2B business management through commercial reporting, data quality, and analysis.

  • Prioritise delivering a premium service experience to customers.

  • Enhance B2B customer loyalty and satisfaction by tailoring service experiences.

  • Lead and Drive key local or HQ-initiated B2B commercial and service improvement projects.

  • Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders for successful project implementation.

  • Be accountable for your team's execution of projects.

  • Ensure timely and quality business reports, including HQ and local reporting, sales incentives, and performance bonuses and ad-hoc reporting requests.

  • Define targets for end-to-end processes with other functions and measure achievements.

  • Participate and share inputs during monthly demand and supply planning meetings.

  • Analyse customer data and share insights, ensuring data quality and addressing gaps.

  • Act as a subject matter expert on processes and tools, supporting end-users and improving tools.

  • Manage the team to achieve or exceed business targets.

  • Develop high-performing teams by creating alignment, selecting talent, coaching, driving performance, and recognising achievements.

This role requires you to have a comprehensive understanding of business operations, experience in commercial and project management, at least 3 years in customer service, sales support, and administration, line management experience, and a tertiary qualification in business administration or a related field. Professional education and development course accreditations is a plus.
