Electronics Test Technician

Location: Richmond, VA

Pay Rate: $21 - $29 per hour (based on experience)

Shifts: Must be flexible for 1st shift (6:00 AM – 2:30 PM) and 2nd shift (2:00 PM – 10:30 PM), including some weekends.

What You’ll Do:

Test and troubleshoot electronic equipment, including Static Switches, UPSs, RPPs, and PDUs

Work with high-power applications (600V-208V, 3-phase)

Use PCBA programming & electronic test equipment

Read & interpret schematics, blueprints, and technical documents

Maintain safety standards and follow 6S principles

Support manufacturing & process improvements

What We’re Looking For:

Associate degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience

3-5 years of experience testing and troubleshooting electronics (manufacturing environment preferred)

Strong knowledge of electrical circuits, schematics, and ECNs

Proficiency in oscilloscopes, power meters, & electronic test equipment

Experience with Lean Manufacturing (5S, Kaizen, Root Cause Analysis, etc.)

Computer skills – Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and SAP

Experience with harness & wiring (a plus!)

Important: Assembler candidates will not be considered – this role requires testing experience.

Pay Details: $21.00 to $29.00 per hour
