We are seeking a diligent and proactive Project Support Administrator to join our team. This role involves performing a wide range of analyst assignments and resolving recurring problems independently without close supervision. The ideal candidate will parse data, present it in a meaningful format, and analyze project financials and budgets. Additionally, the candidate will anticipate upcoming responsibilities or needs and use initiative appropriately.
Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of analyst assignments and resolve recurring problems independently without close supervision
Parse data and present it in a meaningful format
Analyze project financials and budgets, anticipate upcoming responsibilities or needs, and use initiative appropriately
Utilize SAP to prepare purchase requests and purchase orders
Troubleshoot and resolve errors or issues with attention to detail
Process receipts, accruals, and invoices as part of the purchasing process
Essential Skills
3+ years of experience in construction
Administrative support
Project coordination
SAP systems
Document control
Excel data entry
Expertise in Excel, Microsoft Office, and PowerPoint
Data entry
Invoicing
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and algorithms
Experience with construction administration
Familiarity with other software similar to SAP, such as Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, Salesforce, IBM, SAS
Work Environment
This position is 100% remote, providing flexibility and the opportunity to work from the comfort of your own home. You will have the chance to work directly with a utility company in a long-term role.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $25.00/hr.
