THE POSITION Job Title: Line Operator (Category 1) (64 positions available) Position Status: Full-time, Non-Exempt Hourly Department: Operations Supervision Received: Line Supervisor Supervision Exercised: N/A Schedule: Shift work, rotating 12-hour shifts, 4 days on/off Wage/Salary: $21.00/ hour base wage + shift differential for nights Location: Rogers, Minnesota The Line Operator is a key member of the Operations team. Line Operators work at various stations of the production line to ensure there is continuous 24/7 production to assemble Photovoltaic Modules in a clean, fast-paced modern manufacturing facility. Work within a team of Operators. Maintain a clean safe work environment, including keeping the work area in a clean and orderly condition. Feed raw materials to semi-automated machines. Solder repair to be performed on solar cells. Perform quality and testing procedures based on a set criterion at every stage of the production line. Report defective materials or questionable conditions to the supervisor. Follow all health and safety policies. Minimum Qualifications: Applicants must be 18 years of age or older with a high school diploma or GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required. No experience necessary, on-the-job training provided, preference given to those who demonstrate technical capabilities and have manufacturing experience Strong attention to detail Capable of understanding and following oral and written instructions. Troubleshooting skills Maintain production and quality standards Ability to follow all company safety policies and procedures Ability to lift 30 lbs. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment that requires standing for long periods of time Computer experience is considered an asset Soldering Experience Previous manufacturing experience is an asset Self-motivated Criminal Background Check and Drug Screening required This position is identified as a Safety Sensitive Position Physical Requirements: Must be 18 years of age or older Must be able to perform repetitive motion tasks for extended periods of time Must be able to stand for extended periods of time Must be able to tolerate an assembly line environment Compensation Package: Salary: $21.00 - $22.00 /hr o Night Shift premium: $1 per hour Benefits + 401K 12-hour shifts, 4 on 4 off rotation (2 weeks of days, 2 weeks of nights) Qualified applicants should submit a resume to careers@heliene.com.
