Global Forwarding Coordinator – Inland Import Team

In this role, you’ll play an integral part in supporting our global forwarding personnel and delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. With opportunities to learn and grow in international shipping, you’ll be handling key accounts and assisting with customer shipment details, making a tangible impact every day.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate international shipments, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail throughout the process, from purchase order to final delivery.
Provide outstanding customer service through email communication, addressing inquiries, timelines, and shipment tracking.
Generate and maintain accurate customer records, reports, and shipment documentation.
Assist with load audits, data integrity, and adherence to company standards and government regulations.
Manage weekly shipments, including detailed data entry for containers and shipment specifics (5–8 shipments weekly, with 5–20 containers per shipment).
Offer support in reporting, problem resolution, and delivery turnover processes.
Collaborate with team members and third parties to streamline processes and ensure customer satisfaction.
Perform other duties and contribute to team projects as needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr.
