The Research and Analytics Data (RAaD) team within the Office of Research Information Systems (ORIS) is seeking a Senior Business Data Analyst that will play a key role in driving data-informed decision-making across research administration and the university. This role involves interpreting and analyzing complex datasets to aid strategic planning, enhance operational efficiency, and support initiatives for the Vice President for Research (VPR) and other departments. This position will work closely with the VPR and leadership in research administration across campus.This role will primarily be responsible for analyzing internal data to the university, including, but not limited to, proposals and awards, grants and contract accounting, technology licensing and commercialization, and human resources and faculty appointments related to research. The successful candidate will be a seasoned professional with a strong background in data analysis, data visualization, and collaborating with decision makers and stakeholders.
