Description
Do you have excellent communication skills and a passion for helping others? We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our client's team and serve as the bridge between our company and its customers. In this role, you’ll engage with clients to provide product and service information, answer inquiries, and resolve any issues with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound customer calls or emails, resolving inquiries in a professional and friendly manner.
Provide accurate information about products or services, ensuring clear and concise communication.
Resolve customer complaints or issues efficiently and escalate unresolved problems when necessary.
Update and maintain customer records in the database with detailed and accurate information.
Identify opportunities to upsell or offer additional services where appropriate.
Follow company procedures, guidelines, and standards to ensure excellent customer service is delivered at all times.
Work collaboratively with team members to achieve customer service goals and improve processes.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred but not required.
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or a related role is an asset.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in common office software, such as Microsoft Office Suite, and familiarity with CRM systems or contact center tools.
Strong problem-solving abilities, with a customer-first approach.
Ability to handle challenging interactions with professionalism and composure.
Solid organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
