Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Start Date: April 7th or ASAP
Pay Rate:
$50/HR for local candidates (within 50 miles)
$2246/Week for travelers
$0.46 per mile for mileage reimbursement
Job Description:
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated Hospice Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team in Sanford, NC. This is a 13-week contract position with a Monday to Friday schedule from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The ideal candidates will have experience in providing end-of-life care and support to patients and their families.
Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive hospice care to patients in their homes.
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
Offer emotional support and education to patients and their families.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
Qualifications:
Valid RN license in the state of North Carolina.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospice or palliative care.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care.
