Description We are offering an exciting opportunity for a Transactional Attorney in the Detail Oriented Services industry, based in Santa Rosa, California. As a Transactional Attorney, your main duties will encompass a wide range of responsibilities from handling real estate matters to working on business formation and mergers & acquisitions.
Responsibilities:
• Oversee and manage real estate transactions, including drafting and reviewing purchase and sale agreements
• Provide legal counsel on commercial lease agreements, ensuring compliance with all legal and contractual obligations
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, ensuring they are in the best interest of the organization
• Advise on business formation procedures, ensuring all legal requirements are met
• Handle legal aspects of mergers and acquisitions, from the initial proposal to closure of the deal
• Utilize your skills in Commercial Real Estate and Transactional work to provide sound legal advice
• Apply your expertise in Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A) to ensure smooth business transactions
• Use your Juris Doctor qualification to provide proficient legal counsel and representation. Requirements • Possess a Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
• Have substantial experience in Commercial Real Estate
• Demonstrated expertise in Transactional law
• Proven track record in Mergers & Acquisitions (M& A)
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Strong legal research and analytical skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• High level of detail oriented and ethical standards
• Proficient in using legal research software and tools
• Comprehensive understanding of regulatory and compliance issues in the services industry
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proven ability to provide sound legal advice to clients
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
