Job Description Summary
The Senior Services Project Manager will lead project execution across North America focusing on Major Component Upgrades. You will be responsible for managing several teams simultaneously and will ultimately be responsible for delivering projects on time, on budget and in a safe manner.

Essential Responsibilities
As the Senior Project Manager, you will:
Act as the focal point of the business for all necessary inputs for a successful component exchange.
Lead standard and unique exchanges ranging from generators to gearboxes and blades to full tower rebuilds.
Act as the solely responsible party for a project execution budget from quoting to PO submittal and Invoicing. GE Vernova is responsible for over thousands of wind turbines globally and you will be helping make sure that they are producing as much renewable electricity as possible any given day.
Lead project execution from Engineering Disposition to Return to Service
Lead all phases of the project to include planning, execution, and debriefing
Focus on delivery of all KPI's to the business including speed to invoice, standby and backlog reduction, and margin optimization.
Cultivate and maintain relationships with customers and strategic partnerships
Be the single point of contact with the customer during all phases of the project
Work with execution leaders at sites to insure on time and quality execution
Lead cross functional teams to ensure all aspects of the job are prepared for success. This includes Engineering, Logistics for incoming and outgoing shipments, Sourcing, and on site leaders.
Train and mentor other PM's to ensure team growth and optimization. This includes leading Lean Initiatives and when applicable global standardization.
Partner with leaders of each revenue stream and finance to transparency of delivery and when necessary, invoicing of all necessary costs.
Provide input on strategy including Lean Initiatives and tool creation to enable transparency and efficiency in planning phase of Major Component Exchanges.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college
OR Associate's Degree from an accredited university or college with a minimum 7 years of experience in an operational / execution role
OR High School Diploma / GED with a minimum of 10 years of experience in an operational / execution role
Minimum of 5 years of experience in an operational / execution role
Desired Characteristics
Ability and willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems.
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.
Established project management skills.
The base pay range for this position is 104,200.00 - 173,700.00 USD Annual. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for a performance bonus. This posting is expected to close on 3/28/25.
