Farm equipment operator with row crop experience. Farm grows rice, corn and soybeans. General knowlege of tractors, GPS systems, mechanics, diesel work and irrigation maintenance is preferred. Minimum of 3 months experience required with verification. Must be dependable, willing to take instruction, be open to a flexible work schedule and have a good attitude. Will need to be able to work in the heat and humidity. Workers will be responsible for maintaining equipment, farm land, tools and facilities. Workers will be required to plant crops, irrigate said crop and harvest as required. No drug use permitted. No alcohol use during work hours permitted. Hours will vary daily with weather and crop conditions.
