Job Summary Details:
The Cart Driver fulfills the passenger services obligation of airlines for passengers who require or request electrical cart services. Passenger services positions are very customer service oriented, and “tipping” is allowed and customary. Cart Drivers who provide extraordinary customer service are known to increase their earning potential between $25–$100 per shift. * Driver's License Required*

Qualifications:
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• No high school diploma, GED or college degree required
• One (1) year of customer service experience preferred
Responsibilities:
Responsible for transporting passengers needing electric cart assistance inside the airport terminal.
· Assist in lifting passengers requiring assistance and their belongings in and out of carts and/or aircraft passenger seats.
· Effectively operate current technology required to track and process work orders.
· Adhere to all ADA and Air Carrier Access Act non-discrimination requirements.
· Comply with all safety, security, compliance and quality standards and procedures established by the Company, by our Clients, and by regulatory authorities.
· Miscellaneous duties as assigned
