Customer Service is paramount with us.\ The objective of the Operations Manager is to grow and expand this successful natural stone care business.\ The Operations Manager is responsible for formulating an overall strategy for profitability, including team\ management, establishing effective operations policies and business development. To be successful in this role, you\ should be a thoughtful leader and a confident decision-maker.\ Major Areas of Accountability\ Manage oversight of day-to-day operations\ Design strategy and set goals for growth in residential markets\ Maintain budgets and optimize expenses to ensure profitability\ Work with employees to ensure work productively and professional development\ Oversee recruitment and training of new employees\ Manage customer relations and ensure customer satisfaction\ Proper management of company assets including vehicles, equipment and tools\ Effective inventory control\ Train new hires and assess employee progress and evaluate performance\ Ensure Technicians follow health and safety regulations\ Resolve issues related to customer relations and employee relations\ Safeguard the culture of honesty and integrity within the organization.
