In this role, you will:
Supervise staff responsible for inspections of floor plan inventory at various dealerships
Ensure adherence to establish procedures and guidelines
Perform independent inspections of floor plans on inventory at dealerships and reconciliation of floor plan statements
Perform rental reviews, lease research and used vehicle testing
Make daily tactical decisions to identify audit findings and make recommendations to management
Resolve issues related to team supervision, work allocation and daily operations under the direction of collateral examination management
Collaborate and influence all levels of professionals including more experienced managers
Lead team to achieve objectives
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for physical collateral
Be responsible for selection, evaluation, and development of staff
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of Collateral Examination experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following work experience, training, military experience, education
1+ years of Leadership experience

Proficient in the use of PC/Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Excellent communication skills, interpersonal, oral and written
Outstanding organizational and time management skills
Proven ability to problem solve and make decisions
Outstanding customer service skills
Detailed Oriented
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as in a team environment
Knowledge and understanding of inventory finance auditing practices and principles
Job Expectations:
This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
Must be willing to travel overnight up to 50% of the time, both flight and vehicle travel
Ability to push/pull 50 pounds and lift 25 pounds
Ability to work in outdoor environments up to 8 hours per day
Ability to travel daily with 4 or more hours of driving per day
Reliable transportation for daily business travel
Must be able to satisfy the requirements of Section 19 of the Federal Deposit Insurance A

Additional Information:
100% remote work only available in the following locations: Pacific Northwest Region
Mileage reimbursement is provided with all work-related expenses being paid by the company
Pay Range
Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.
$73,100.00 - $155,900.00
