We’re looking for a Snr. Product Marketing Manager to lead the charge in driving capability and feature awareness, education, and engagement for Alexa+. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives that help customers discover and embrace Alexa+’s ever-expanding capabilities, making their lives easier, smarter, and more delightful.
Your work will directly influence how customers learn about, adopt, and integrate Alexa+ features into their daily routines—transforming AI-powered interactions into essential, intuitive experiences.
Key job responsibilities
Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new Alexa+ features and capabilities.
Create content strategies that drive feature discovery, first-time usage, and long-term engagement.
Collaborate with product, research, and data science teams to translate new capabilities into clear, customer-centric messaging.
Design and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns that increase capability awareness, adoption, and retention.
Analyze product usage data and customer insights to refine marketing strategies and enhance the user experience.
Develop creative briefs that are clear, compelling, and strategically aligned.
Manage internal and external creative teams to produce high-impact content, ensuring timely execution within budget.
Produce a variety of content, including integrated campaigns, how-to videos, and product demonstrations.
Balance strategic vision with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Measure and report on key adoption and engagement metrics, presenting findings to senior leadership.
A day in the life
You’ll collaborate with product teams, creative agencies, research analysts, and BI teams to identify opportunities and craft compelling content that accelerates feature adoption. From developing creative briefs to launching integrated campaigns across owned channels, your work will ensure customers discover and maximize Alexa+’s full potential through engaging, educational experiences. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic thinking, storytelling, data-driven decision-making, and flawless execution in a dynamic, high-growth environment.

This role sits within the Alexa Marketing team, a dynamic group that includes advertising, media, lifecycle, and channel marketers. We are a diverse and collaborative team united by our mission to make Alexa an indispensable part of customers' lives.
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business, or equivalent
6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting
Experience with A/B Testing or Multi-Variate Testing or both
Experience leading creative briefs and creative content development
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $128,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $212,600/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
