Adecco is hiring immediately for a great opportunity for an experienced Warehouse Administrative Clerk in Senatobia, MS. The Warehouse Administrative Clerk handles essential tasks with one of our premier clients with a minimum salary of $45K/annual. As a Warehouse Administrative Clerk, you will be responsible for answering phones and emails, performing data entry and filing tasks for accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment inventory and facilitating communication of shipments between the field and corporate site. The work schedule will be Monday-Friday, 7:00am – 3:30pm.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

Answers phone calls and emails. Performs data entry and filing tasks for accounts payable, purchase orders, equipment inventory, and confidential employee or departmental files. Receives, records, and distributes packages and mail. Enters purchase order data in the inventory control system. Accepts, verifies, inspects, and records all deliveries according to policy. A resume must be submitted for consideration.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Ideal candidates have 1+ years warehouse clerk experience

  • Effective communication skills verbal and written

  • Ability to use computer software including Microsoft Office, email and inventory control systems

  • Comfortable in working in a start-up work environment

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
