The Amazon Seller App enables Sellers to grow and manage their business from anywhere. It provides essential features for inventory management, sales analytics, order and returns manager and customer engagement.
The Seller App Mobile team is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager to accelerate global adoption of our app. You'll develop comprehensive marketing strategies, including app store optimization, paid advertising campaigns, targeted email marketing and strategic digital media partnerships. You'll lead end-to-end project management, create timelines, orchestrate cross-functional work and develop marketing plans with budget oversight. Key job responsibilities
Set the marketing direction and build impactful campaigns aimed at activation and engagement
Track marketing performance on an ongoing basis, constantly looking for ways to improve the Business customer experience
Manage multiple projects and balance conflicting priorities in a rapidly changing environment
Manage data inputs for measurement and analytical tools
Aid in recurring data pulls to support business and marketing insights mechanisms
Present your results in weekly, monthly and quarterly business review meetings to process participants and stakeholders.
Basic Qualification
4+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
Experience building and optimizing multiple, simultaneous marketing campaigns
Experience managing or working within cross-functional marketing and creative teams
Experience collaborating with and influence both internal and external agency stakeholders
Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (WeChat, Bilibili, Baidu, etc.)
Excellent oral and written communication skills (English and Chinese) with an innate attention to detail.
Preferred Qualification
Experience in multi-territory campaign management including (US, APAC and EU)
Experience in digital marketing and content production timelines and process
Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
Experience with email marketing tools like Pardot, creating multi-segment campaigns
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising or related discipline or 5+ years of relevant work experience
A day in the life
As a Product Marketing Manager, your typical day begins with a standup with the Growth Product Manager to review performance of marketing initiatives. Afternoons are spent coordinating with designers on creative assets and then collaborating with emerging market teams on localization strategies. You'll close your day by preparing stakeholder updates and optimizing campaign performance. Throughout the day, you'll balance strategic planning with hands-on execution, ensuring our marketing efforts effectively scale the Seller App's global presence.
About the team
The mobile team within Partner Foundations (Mosaic) owns the core functionalities (e.g., navigation, account switcher, language switcher, tutorial, authentication, deep-linking), operational health, and app store compliance for Amazon Seller and Vendor mobile apps.
