Job Overview
The Senior Business Process & Analytics Manager, supporting the Hubbell Electrical Solutions Pricing COE, will play a pivotal role in driving pricing excellence across the Hubbell Electrical Solutions (HES) business by leading value optimization initiatives that enable the pricing team to operate more effectively, support recommendations and decisions with insightful data, and provide an environment for the Pricing Center of Excellence to scale as Hubbell continues to grow. As a change leader, the Senior Business Process & Analytics Manager will develop and implement new quote & price management related processes and tools, fostering a culture of innovation, adaptability, and standardization across the quoting and pricing function. This role involves leading a small team of process and analytics analysts that will be tasked with partnering closely with the price delivery and business teams to ensure that the support provided aligns to our functional goals and desired ways of working. Critical to success in this role will be identifying opportunities to drive incremental improvements in the short[er] term while scoping and planning for larger scale initiatives that will drive step level improvements to how the COE functions and ultimately delivers for our customers. The chosen candidate can sit in any Hubbell Electrical Solutions location; with preference in Shelton, CT.
A Day In The Life
• Foster a collaborative and forward-thinking culture, owning or supporting strategic initiatives aimed at driving harmonization of best practices across the pricing center of excellence.
• Build strong partnerships with pricing COE leaders and their teams to understand current state processes, capabilities, and existing gaps.
• Be a thought leader, tactfully challenging assumptions and current ways of working for the collective benefit of the COE – supported with data wherever possible.
• Develop and own the capability roadmap that supports key Pricing COE objectives, executing delivery on all aligned initiatives.
• Develop and maintain reporting and analytics that focus on critical KPI’s to support the evaluation of pricing discipline, execution, cycle time of quotations, and other key metrics.
• Become an expert on the data ecosystem at Hubbell and build a core capability around data interpretation across functional areas that impact the pricing COE.
• Own the maintenance and mass update processes for large scale price changes across HES business units, including quotes and into stock price updates, while meeting strict deadlines and maintaining data integrity.

What will help you thrive in this role?
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Computer Science, Business Analytics, Finance, Engineering, Mathematics, or another analytically rigorous field. Master’s degree preferred.
• 6+ years of experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment focused on business process & analytics initiatives and support, including 3+ years successfully leading and developing teams.
• 5+ years of deep experience developing efficient reports and analysis with PowerBi, including complex M and DAX queries, data model design principles and tradeoffs, and working with [at times] imperfect data.
• High proficiency with MS Excel, including advanced formulas, VBA, and PowerQuery.
• Experience with SAP is highly desired, specific experience with SAP Sales & Distribution module preferred.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills with proven ability to influence and drive cross-functional alignment.
