Fulfills orders and manages client Service Level Agreements (SLA). Picks and packs lower quantity items to assemble printed materials into a final product. Looks for opportunities to improve quality to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time, working closely with Print, Quality Assurance, Quality Control and Shipping.-Performs operational, craft or manual tasks-Typically requires vocational training, apprenticeships or the equivalent experience-Performs tasks according to established procedures-Has developed skills through formal training or considerable work experience-Works within established procedures with a moderate degree of supervisionFunctional Knowledge:-Requires understanding and application of procedures and concepts within own discipline and basic knowledge of other disciplinesBusiness Expertise:-Understands how the assigned duties relate to others in the team and how the team integrates with othersLeadership:-Has no supervisory responsibilitiesProblem Solving:-Recognizes and solves typical problems that can occur in own work area without supervisory approval; evaluates and selects solutions from established optionsImpact:-Impacts the quality of own workInterpersonal Skills:-Uses communication skills to exchange of information
Compensation Range: The salary range for this position is $17.70 per hour. Broadridge considers various factors when evaluating a candidate's final salary including, but not limited to, relevant experience, skills, and education.
