Hilton Trainee Finance Assistant in St. Julians, Malta
We are looking for a Full-Time Trainee Finance Assistant, between June 2025 and December 2025, primarily to be based at the Hilton Malta however with the flexibility to be placed also at Doubletree by Hilton Malta according to operational requirements.This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within the finance department .
Key Responsibilities:
·General Cashiering & Credit Card Reconciliations.
·Accounts Payable support:Assisting with payment preparations and invoice processing using Material Controls and Accounting Systems.
·Accounts Receivable support:
oPreparing invoices and ensuring proper documentation.
oPosting and allocating received payments promptly.
oAddressing client queries and taking appropriate action.
oAssisting the AR team with month-end processes.
·Provide support & assistance to Income Audit functions
·Providing support to other finance team functions as needed
