Our client, is seeking a Packaging Associate to join their team. As a Packaging Associate, you will be part of a dynamic team supporting the production of high-quality products. The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, excellent teamwork skills, and a commitment to safety, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Packaging Associate
Location: St. Louis, MO
Hours: Hours: 1:30PM-12:00AM CST
What's the Job?
Stage, fill, cap, label, and overpack liquid, powder, and lyophilized products per approved packaging specifications.
Utilize electronic balances to weigh materials accurately and perform manual filling of liquids or powders.
Set up and operate semi-automated equipment for filling and capping processes.
Follow safety and quality protocols, ensuring compliance with FDA, ISO, and GMP procedures.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
What's Needed?
Ability to follow detailed instructions and adhere to safety guidelines.
Experience with manual and semi-automated filling processes is a plus.
Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Willingness to wear personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow Good Documentation Practices.
Commitment to maintaining quality standards and participating in safety training.
