Description
Overseeing construction projects on site, coordinating work crews, ensuring tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Monitoring project progress, addressing on-site issues, and guaranteeing quality standards are met by supervising construction workers.
Interpreting project plans, managing schedules, and maintaining budget adherence.
Work will other sub contractors on site
Key Responsibilities:
Project Coordination: Plan and coordinate daily tasks according to project priorities and schedules.
Supervision: Oversee construction crews, ensuring work is performed to the required standards and within deadlines.
Safety Compliance: Enforce safety regulations and protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Quality Control: Inspect completed work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
Resource Management: Allocate resources, including manpower and materials, efficiently to meet project goals.
Communication: Liaise with project managers, engineers, and clients to provide updates and address any issues.
Problem-Solving: Resolve on-site issues and disputes promptly to avoid project delays.
Training: Mentor and train junior staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $38.00 - $42.00/hr.
