Description We are offering an exciting opportunity in Tualatin, Oregon for a Controller in the industry. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining the financial health and processes of the organization, including auditing and budgeting responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee auditing activities to ensure compliance with standards and regulations

• Develop and implement budget processes, ensuring they align with the financial goals of the organization

• Review and approve budget proposals, financial planning, and reports

• Monitor and analyze financial reports, identifying and addressing potential discrepancies

• Collaborate with various teams to ensure financial processes are efficient and effective

• Implement financial policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency

• Provide financial insights and recommendations to enhance profitability

• Ensure all financial operations comply with federal and state laws. Requirements • A strong understanding of auditing procedures and principles is necessary.

• Comprehensive knowledge of budget processes is required.

• Essential experience as a Controller or similar role is needed.

• The ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports is mandatory.

• A strong understanding of business trends and financial forecasting is required.

• Proficiency in using financial software and databases is necessary.

• Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team are required.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are needed for this role.

• A keen eye for detail and a strong commitment to accuracy is expected.

• A Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.

• A detail-oriented certification such as CPA or CMA is highly desirable.

• The ability to comply with all financial regulations and laws is necessary.

• The ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines is required.

• The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion is necessary.
