A Patriot Home Care caregiver is responsible for providing personalized in-home care to clients, assisting with daily living activities like bathing, dressing, meal preparation, medication reminders, light house keeping, companionship, and transportation while prioritizing the clients well-being and ensuring their safety and comfort within their own home, following established care plans and company guideline: often requiring excellent communication skills and a compassionate attitude towards senior clients.
