Job Title: Manufacturing Production Supervisor
Job Description
The Production Supervisor ensures the smooth operation of the production line by managing materials, overseeing employees, and planning daily production runs. This role is vital for maintaining efficiency and productivity in the manufacturing process.
Responsibilities
Ensure all necessary materials (e.g., paint, rivets) are available and ready for use.
Supervise employees, ensuring they perform their tasks efficiently.
Address staffing issues by reallocating personnel or adjusting the production line as needed.
Plan daily production runs based on the schedule received the previous day.
Monitor material deliveries and ensure timely availability.
Verify and run daily production reports.
Develop and implement plans to meet distribution requirements.
Essential Skills
5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing and production flow.
Extensive manufacturing plant level experience with significant proven management experience.
Technical capability and understanding.
Understanding of Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) and lean manufacturing.
Understanding of managing Profit and Loss (P&L).
Understanding of manufacturing and procurement/supply chain.
SAP knowledge is a plus!
Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills and attention to detail.

This is a Permanent position based out of Vacaville, California.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $85000.00 - $85000.00/yr.
