Boehringer Ingelheim Sellout Specialist Pet Retail - Veneto in Venice, Italy
The position
The Sellout Specialist is responsible for driving product sales through robust and innovative sales strategies. The role involves working closely with various teams to ensure that the company's products are presented in the best possible way to maximize sales.
Tasks & Responsibilities
Oversee the territory and the points of sale in the area of competence and develop sales through sellout levers: assortment, distribution, product visibility and promotion
Provide product training to store staff
Monitor sales and store’s stock levels to ensure the right assortment
Develop and implement effective sales strategies
Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials
Collect feedback and insights to understand customer preferences and latest market trends
Provide excellent customer service to maintain a positive brand image
Prepare reports on sales performance and market feedback focusing on key areas to change market-shares
Participate in industry events, fairs and conferences to network with potential customers and stay updated on industry trends
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Scientific or a related field
Proven experience in a sales role, preferably in the same industry
Sellin experience would be considered a plus
Strong understanding of sales strategies and marketing techniques
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
Ability to travel as needed
