About the job
Twilio is a rapidly growing leader in the cloud communications software market and we are looking for top-tier, proven Senior New Business Account Executive (“NB AE”) who are looking to grow their career in the fast-growing cloud communications platform market.
As an Strategic AE, you will be responsible for taking care and making scalable growth of Top main accounts in the region LATAM SP&Caribe, developing a relationship as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique company challenges and goals. You will contribute to our business growth in a fast paced, collaborative and fun atmosphere. The right candidate will have a proven, consultative sales process to discover and close new logos. Our Strategic AE develops an understanding of prospects’ businesses, organizes and conducts sales presentations at prospective and works in partnership with the internal teams to effectively close deals, it's a person that represents Twilio in a consistent, effective and professional manner to best develop and win new clients.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll:
Developing the next wave of Twilio’s customers they will work closely with internal teams to build new relationships with senior line of business owners and executive stakeholders (CTOs, CIOs, CPO/VP of Product) to develop sales by understanding and uncovering new opportunities where Twilio can help solve company’s pains and challenges through communication solutions.
Cover potential leads and target accounts in the LATAM region
Deliver Net New Sales from within your defined territory to attain your Targets
Develop and execute a comprehensive territory plan
Maintain an accurate information within our CRM and well-informing forecast numbers to the business.

Required:
- 7+ years of developing new businesses in LATAM Region for software or platform solutions to companies with large presence in LATAM. - Preferred experience in closing Retail and Finance verticals
Exceptional prospecting skill set. Someone who is comfortable generating the bulk of their own pipeline.
Experience with value-based sales processes and capability to build ROI as part of your sales methodology.
Strong sales discovery skills, objection handling skills, business acumen, and closing skills.
English proficiency required
Location
This role will be remote, based in Colombia.
Travel
We prioritize connection and opportunities to build relationships with our customers and each other. For this role, you may be required to travel occasionally to participate in project or team in-person meetings.
