Location: Powai , Mumbai, India Position: Manager Legal & Company Secretary * Qualification: Qualified Company Secretary under ICSI & Indian Law Graduate (full time) from a reputed institute * Experience: Minimum 7-8 years of experience as inhouse counsel in a Foods/FMCG/Pharma organization or a manufacturing organization. * Key Skills:* Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills. Secretarial Compliances for Private Limited (unlisted companies) Experience in Legal research, conducting awareness sessions, drafting legal agreements. Strong collaboration, negotiation and influencing skills. Risk assessment in products, agreements, and advertising. Expertise in Legal Metrology, FSSAI, ASCI, Privacy and Consumer Protection laws. Ownership and accountability in tasks. Self-driven and effective time management. * Key Responsibilities:* Ensure Company Secretarial and Statutory compliance from business perspective. Support internal and statutory audits & support other functions on the documentation requirements for business licenses, permissions etc. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements to safeguard company's interests and manage contract repository. (Contract Management Tool CLM would be an added advantage) Advise on product labelling, marketing, communications and ethical promotion. Litigation management for Food Safety matters, recovery matters (including civil and Negotiable Instruments Act cases), labor and employment cases. Lead Enterprise Risk Management with cross functional collaboration Collaborate with Corporate IP and Ethics team and support India Business on related matters.
