IQVIA Project Manager in Wayne, Pennsylvania

IQVIA is excited to announce we are looking for a Project Manager to assist our healthcare field-based teams and home office leaders with project management and the required supporting deliverables

PURPOSE

The Project Manager will work cross functionally to manage multiple projects related to the administrative support of field and home-based staff. Manages the operational aspects of projects and programs to ensure that all project work is completed in accordance with SOPs, policies, and practices

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work on company-wide projects for our healthcare clients as agreed with the business stakeholders

  • Support project leadership, managers, and other necessary stakeholders with project contract related requirements

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all inquiries related to the project. For example, handling and addressing issues where appropriate, or else redirecting inquiries to the most appropriate contact

  • Foster productive, collaborative working relations with key contacts across the business

  • Responsible for new project set up, maintenance and closure processes and procedures, including communications between all service areas (e.g. Senior Leadership, Project Leads, Staffing & Human Resources)

  • Ensure that all systems related to the project (e.g. PeopleSoft, Workday, SharePoint sites & roster system) are updated timely and accurately Organize team and customer meetings as needed

  • Facilitate and develop presentations and/or any other documentation needed to ensure project success

  • Create, track and report on project timelines and milestones

  • Review current policies and procedures and, where appropriate, identify and recommend more effective ways of working

  • Support month end project administration and timesheet reporting in conjunction/partnership with the Project Lead

  • Liaise with our customers addressing issues raised or redirect where appropriate to the business

  • Serve as a backup contact for internal Project Managers on the team as needed and provide mentoring and training to new team members and administrative training for home office and field personnel

  • Perform other duties as needed

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • 3+ years of Project Management experience (from the healthcare industry preferred)

  • Solid experience managing multiple projects concurrently

  • Experience with project management tools preferred

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong problem-solving skills

  • Demonstrates the ability to deliver results to the appropriate quality metrics

  • Capacity to perform effectively with minimal supervision

  • Extensive experience with computer skills, including proficiency with MS Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel required)

  • Experience with Workday and PeopleSoft preferred

  • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with coworkers, managers, and clients in the healthcare industry

  • Strong prioritization skills with ability to use initiative, plan ahead, and be proactive in problem solving, diplomatic and able to demonstrate appropriate decisions within scope of authority

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $70,500.00 - $117,500.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
