The Town of Webster is accepting applications for the seasonal (end of May to end of June) Clerk to the Board of Assessment Review position. Hours and schedule vary based on workload but will typically be between 8:30 am and 5:00 pm Monday through Friday. Candidate must be able to attend Grievance Day meeting, May 27, 2025, from Noon until 9:00PM.
Typical Duties: o Work collaboratively with Assessment Office to schedule, organize and record the business of the Board of Assessment Review for its work from May through the end of June. o Attend Grievance Day meeting, May 27, 2025, from Noon until 9:00 pm. o Attend all Board meetings (typically Monday, Wednesday and Friday) o Prepare materials for each meeting, record proceedings, manage records and record decisions of the Board. o Other duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications: o Ability to work independently with speed and accuracy. o Strong sense of confidentiality and professionalism. o Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, word processing skills, cloud-based file sharing and digital recordings. Minimum Qualifications: o High School diploma or GED
