Job Title: Industrial Maintenance Mechanic
Job Overview:
- We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Industrial Maintenance Mechanic to ensure optimal production efficiency and maintain high product quality standards.
Responsibilities Include:
Conducting preventive maintenance on engines, motors, pneumatic tools, conveyor systems, and production machinery.
Proactively identifying and resolving mechanical issues to minimize downtime and maintain operational continuity.
Dismantling defective machiner y with hoists, cranes, and tools, and inspecting parts to determine necessary adjustments.
Performing dimensional analysis on components and adjusting machinery parts as required.
Fabricating repair parts using advanced machine shop equipment.
Monitoring and managing inventory levels , placing orders, and verifying deliveries.
Expanding technical knowledge through workshops, publications, and professional networking.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Maintenance Technician in a machine shop environment, with expertise in CNC Mill or Lathe operations.
Proven ability in electrical troubleshooting up to 480 volts.
Familiarity with FANUC and Siemens controls, along with experience in mechanical and preventive maintenance.
Skilled in reading and interpreting technical manuals, schematics, and troubleshooting guides.
Hands-on expertise in working with Okuma, Fuji, Haas machinery , and various CNC controls such as FANUC, Siemens, and Mitsubishi.
Strong knowledge of industrial mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $83200.00/yr.
Company has made major changes to upgrade the facility. There are new state of the art CNC machines that have been brought in, they have cleaned up and organized the floor , they have added new lighting fixtures and new safety markers to make the environment better for all of their employees. Invested over 5 million in new machines. They also love to promote from within as the operations manager Jeremy and both supervisors worked their ways up from the floor as machinist. They gave a 4.5% merit increase last year and there are monthly bonus's ranging from $100-$200 based on profitability.
