REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 06/02/2025-10/17/2025. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 6 hours per day, Sat, 6 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 50 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen, criminal background check.
JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Cultivate and harvest vegetables including but not limited to six different varieties of lettuce, Endive, Escarole, Red Leaf, Green Leaf, Boston and Romain. Field care - tie plants, stake plants, prune plants, laying plastic, pulling plastic, pulling drip tape, stacking and loading hay and straw, clean drip emitters and microjets, remove plastic drip lines, remove dead plants, and weed removal. Workers will walk along rows as specified by employer and remove weeds and grass from fields by hand or using a hoe. Prolonged standing, bending, stooping, and reaching. Must be able to operate motorized farm equipment. During field operations workers may be required to drive a tractor pulling a wagon through the field or between fields incidental to the harvesting jobs being performed.
