This position will be in the High-Level Design Implementation, Verification, and Power division with Catapult, PowerPro, and Precision core products at Siemens EDA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to content strategies that support and amplify short- and long-term marketing goals.

  • Proactively drive marketing programs and an integrated marketing approach from planning to execution, to tracking and optimization.

  • Understand sales needs, ensure alignment with marketing objectives, deliver programs in-region, and measure success.

  • Drive employee engagement and internal communication initiatives including newsletters, trainings and internal events.

  • Ensure flawless execution of prospect and customer-facing events including seminars, webinars, tradeshows, industry events, and sales-driven events.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, Marketing, Business, digital marketing, or a related field

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B in field marketing, demand gen, or account-based marketing roles with technology/software companies

  • Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)

  • Skilled in web management, and experience in event planning and logistics

  • Excellent skills in communication, research, copywriting, and project management.

  • Proven ability to excel in a fast-paced, hands-on environment going from ideation to execution

  • Experience in implementing integrated, multi-touch marketing plans

  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and campaigns to meet deadlines

  • Willingness to travel when required and ability to work independently and autonomously

  • A self-organized, independent yet collaborative team-player

This position will be subject to U.S. export control requirements under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). Employment is contingent on either verifying the U.S. Person status or obtaining any necessary export license.

Siemens Software. Transform the Everyday

The salary range for this position is $120,800 to $217,400 and this role is eligible to earn incentive compensation. The actual compensation offered is based on the successful candidate’s work location as well as additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education/training.
