Job Title: Survey Project Manager/ Coordinator
Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Survey Project Manager/Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will coordinate survey jobs, manage the workflow from initiation to completion, and collaborate with construction managers on active orders. This role involves organizing, scheduling, and dispatching jobs while using AutoCAD for plot visualization and submission.
Responsibilities
Direct all field and office activities, including scheduling and plan preparation.
Conduct construction stakeouts, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and ALTA/ACSM surveys for residential and mixed-use developments.
Support closing and legal departments with property descriptions, as-built surveys, topographical surveys, and field surveying.
Approve timesheets and manage survey field crews.
Interact with clients and participate in business development.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD with the ability to create stakeout points in CAD.
5-10 years of survey experience.
Knowledge of survey equipment and other survey software.
Experience with LiDAR.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Familiarity with residential subdivision layout and plot plans.
Licensed in the state of Georgia (preferred but not required
Work Environment
We are a full-service land surveying and engineering company with 17 offices in 16 states. Our services include site improvement stakeouts, boundary surveys, topographic surveys, and ALTA/ACSM surveys. The role involves a mix of land development, home building, and residential construction staking. The office is located in Alpharetta, GA.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $35.00 - $45.00/hr.
